Information We Collect

Authentication Data: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication. Firebase/Google collects and processes your email address, profile information (nickname, picture), and authentication tokens when you sign in.

User Profile: We store only your Firebase/Google user ID in our database. We do not store email, nickname, or profile picture. During your session, this information is temporarily available from authentication cookies but is not persisted in our systems.

Monitoring Configurations: Your monitoring sources, event handlers, and notification channel settings.

Notification Channels: If you use Telegram notifications, we store your Telegram chat IDs and bot configurations. If you use email notifications, we store your email configuration for sending alerts.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and session management. We do not use analytics or tracking services at this time.

What We Don't Collect

We believe in minimal data collection. We don't collect:

• Personal information beyond what's necessary for service operation
• Content of the websites or APIs you monitor (we only store monitoring configurations, not the actual content)
• Sensitive personal data or financial information
• Information from third-party services without your consent

How We Use Information

Service Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve our monitoring service.

Authentication: To authenticate you through Firebase (Google) and maintain your session.

Notifications: To send you monitoring alerts via Telegram and other configured channels.

Communication: To send you service updates and respond to your inquiries.

Security: To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Firebase / Google: We share authentication data with Firebase (Google) to provide secure login services. See Google's privacy policy.

Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate our platform (e.g., hosting).

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data (limited to what we store in our database)
• Request correction of inaccurate information (for data we store in our database)
• Delete your account and data from profile settings. We permanently delete your user account, pipelines, channel configs, and monitors. Third-party data (Firebase/Google, Telegram) is governed by their policies.
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Contact us with privacy concerns

Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google) Authentication

Telegram Integration
